Hi lovely readers, I am more excited then usual about a project. I am taking a print making class this semester and I actually enjoy making prints, go figure. (You either love them or hate them). I made this print in the program Koledo printmaker and changed it into three color ways, orange, brown and green. My Fall/Winter 2015 collection Tribe was inspired by the eclectic masks, thick woven tapestry and art of African culture. I am drawn to the heart warming colors used in these tribal prints, but also how every print tells a story.
